You lie fully clothed on a treatment table while the practitioner places their hands in a series of positions on or just above your body. Universal Life Energy flows through the practitioner's hands into your energy field, dissolving blockages and restoring natural energy flow. Most people experience deep warmth, tingling, or profound relaxation.
Specific healing crystals are selected and placed on or around your body based on your assessment. Amethyst for the crown chakra, rose quartz for the heart, citrine for the solar plexus — each crystal amplifies the Reiki energy and directs healing to the corresponding energy centre or organ system.
After the session, you receive guidance on grounding, hydration, and self-care for the next 24-48 hours as the energy continues to integrate. You may also receive a crystal prescription — specific stones to carry, wear, or meditate with to extend the healing between sessions.
