3. Booking Policy

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. While walk-ins are welcome, advance bookings are recommended to ensure availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to arrive on time and provide accurate information about your health history and contact details. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments at our discretion based on practitioner availability or other circumstances.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated no-shows without prior notice may result in a requirement to prepay for future bookings. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through the website.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. Crystal Shop purchases are subject to separate payment terms as displayed during checkout. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Package and bundle pricing, where applicable, will be clearly communicated before purchase.
